Shea and Wes's swim teacher who we loved is no longer teaching lessons. Shea and Wes are very good swimmers and just really need access to a pool on a regular basis to keep improving. So we decided to join Lifetime Fitness - it actually costs less than lessons, robs gym membership and mine to 9 rounds. It allows us to swim all year round, it has water slides inside and outside, a rock climbing wall and you are allowed 2 hours of daycare a day (we have only used it a couple times but with my crazy schedule it is good for Rob). The daycare has a maze, basketball court and other things and of course Shea and Wes love it. There is also a grassy area outside by the pool that they love to play at, and of course they spend a lot of time on the slides (where you can not wear a life jacket and have to be able to swim out of the pool by yourself). Shea had a life guard (or 2) tell her she is a great swimmer and now she wants to be a life guard - complete with the fanny pack ;)
Shea continues to believe I am a great artist - I will continue to let her believe that as long as possible - because some day she will realize I am not :) And in case you can't tell these are my little pony's and one Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle.
