We say Goodbye to Great Grandma Donna

On October 11th, 2015, Grandma Donna suffered a stroke.  She hung on for a while longer, but on November 2nd, 2015 she went to be with God (and Great Grandpa Herb).  She was laid to rest on November 7th in Hastings, NE.  Exactly 5 years before we brought Shea home from the NICU completing our family.  I will miss her so much - spending 2 weeks every summer with her and Gramps.  She would always take me garage selling and I would come home with more than I took there.  She listen to party line on the radio every day for the secret word of the day.  She always had Gramps meals ready for him at noon and 5.  I will always have fond memories of them and will miss them dearly.  She always sent Shea and Wes money for their birthdays and they love getting mail!!

I have been so blessed to have my Grandparents in my life for so long.  In the last 2 years I have said goodbye to 3 of them :(  Cherish every minute with your loved ones because the days seem to be long and the years short :(

Halloween

Our neighborhood had there first ever Picnic Gathering.  The kids had so much fun. We love all our neighbors!  Then we went Trick or Treating at Village Point and then Halloween With all the neighbors!!  Such a fun time of year :)
