18 months- April 1, 2012

Shea and Wes turned 18 months on April Fools Day :)  The weekend was incredibly warm here in Nebraska (we actually set a record and i think it was just above 90 degrees).  Shea and Wes enjoyed this fabulous weather by playing outside with their new water table!!

Shea and Wes had a Healthy check up for 18 months and had their last shots until they start school!!  Wes weighed 31 lbs 11 oz's and was 35 inches tall!!  Shea weighed 21 lbs 5 oz's and was 32" tall :)  Rob and I have been spending a lot of time with them going for walks and playing outside - we take the wagon for walks, Go to Chalco to walk the trails, play with bubbles etc.  They can both say hi,bye,ma, da, mommy, daddy, book, ball, nini (night night), nana (banana), star, no, and I am sure many more I just can't think of right now!!  They are both very good eaters and sleep at least 12 hours a night and go down to bed between 7 and 8 p.m.   They go down for a nap around noon and sleep for 2-3 hours!!  They both also give lots of hugs and kisses now without having to be asked (I would have to say it is one of the best feelings in the world).

Shea and Wes also had a slumber party with Cousin Jed and Will.  They had a great time and here are a couple pictures from the Party!!

17 month pictures

We had the great pleasure of winning a mini photo session from the wonderfully talented Catherine Bosley of Bosley Creative - www.bosleycreative.com.  She did an amazing job - if anyone reading this is looking for a photographer - she is amazing!!  Here are some pics from our session.

March 1st 2012, - 17 months old

Shea and Wes are growing like weeds.  They are at such a fun age.  Shea and Wes now know their feet, hands, nose, eyes, mouth, bellies, and belly buttons!!  Shea also likes to do "where is thumbkin" (which by the way Rob used to always make fun of me for singing).  Shea and Wes still love to Dance.  They always want the t.v. on (which we don't do that often) so they can dance.  They also love to go downstairs know where Rob will blast the music and they will run all over playing.
