California Visitor - September 22nd

So two years ago I spent my birthday in the hospital getting steroid shots for Shea and Wes.  This year I can say it was more enjoyable.  My best friend, Shana, who lives in California came to visit :)  It always goes by so fast, but we were so happy to have her here and as part of our lives :)
