1-30-11 - Baptism
So the last couple days have been very busy for the Turner Family. On Sunday Shea & Wes were baptized at St. Charles Borromeo in Omaha. Their Baptism was attended by their Godparents - Shea's - Aunt Laura & Uncle Kevin, and Wes's - Aunt Michelle and Uncle Andy. Grandma Bonnie and Grandma Raylene and Grandpa Mike were also present. And cousins Connor, Chloe, Will, Jed, Sadie and Simon. We had such a wonderful day with everyone. And of course, Shea and Wes were perfect babies as always. I am sure that most people reading this probably find it hard to believe that not one, but two babies can be so well behaved. Trust me - we feel blessed.

2-1-11 - 4 months!!
I can't believe 4 months as already gone by. It seems like just yesterday we brought Shea & Wes home. Time is going by too fast. The other night I actually had to pack up clothes that no longer fit Shea and Wes. Wes is already in 6-9 month clothes - we filled up one whole Rubbermaid Tote with clothes that he no longer fits into - it made me Sad. Shea is now officially out of Newborn clothes -we have definitely gotten our monies worth with Shea as she is just now in size 0-3 months. Shea & Wes's 4 month appointment went very well today. Wes is up to 15 lbs 11 oz's (67th percentile), 26" (85th percentile) and Shea is finally in double digits!! - 10 lbs 4.5 oz's (2nd percentile) and 23.5" long (23 percentile). They also slept over 10 hours each last night - they are definitely growing up!! We also decided to not start cereal until they are 5 months old.
