We went to Westfair to watch cousin Tom show his sheep. Michael didn't do sheep this year and we didn't make it back on Saturday to watch them show their cows. I don't which the kids enjoy more, their cousins, uncle Joe, or the animals.

Off Roading in the neighborhood
They are filling in the silt basin lots in our neighborhood so it has provided the perfect dirt track for the kids on their bikes. We are fortunate to have such amazing neighbors and lots of kids. These kiddos have spent the summer outside 24/7.
Indian Cave State Park and camping in the backyard
We had a free Saturday so we made the trek to Indian Cave State Park. We wont be back - it was ok but not as awesome as we had hoped. Once we got home Shea wanted to sleep in the tent in the backyard. So I put it up and we slept in it for 2 nights. It rained on the second night so we came in the house about 4 a.m. Wes started in the tent but went in both nights before we went to sleep.
Color 3 v 3 and Gretna Day's Parade 2018
Shea and some of her teammates played in the Color 3 v 3 to kick out cancer. Shea played in honor of 2 survivors of cancer that we know: Great Grandma Ilene from breast cancer and our friend Leah Reineke from cervical cancer. The girls played 2 boy teams and one girl team - they did great.
We started the day off with some of the neighbors watching the Gretna Days parade so it was a great day!!
