Saturday fun day

Shea, Wes, & I had a nice run at Zorinsky with a personal best time of 34 min. For 4 miles.  We then played at the park and took a little walk thru the woods. Always lots to see.
Wes found a snail that they both of course had to hold.  They also started the day with their second soccer game where Wes scored a ton of goals (seriously double digits) & Shea scored 4 goals!  They are so good at hustling and turning the ball around and looking up at the goal. It is amazing what a difference a year makes!  Rob is their coach and does such a good job with all the kids!

My Running Partners and Team Day 2 at Preschool

Now that Shea and Wes go to school M-F 8:45-11:45 - so they don't get to go run with me very much any more as I usually do it right after I drop them off.  But when we do it is fun as always

 

And then we went to watch Cousin Connor play his first high school football game for Millard West - Shea loved the Cheerleaders and Wes played football with Dad

 

 

Team Day 2 at Preschool - Shea and Wes sported their Sooners jersey in honor of Dad's favorite team.   - and I have to admit - they are the cutest Sooners fans ever (Wes did end up coming home from preschool sick today - First time ever for either with the stomach flu - he puked once and has the runs multiple times today - but also is in a great mood).

Uncle Joe and Aunt Heather asked Shea and Wes to be on their Hoo Doo Day Parade Float with the Cousins - Shea and Wes had so much fun - Wes was a farmer and Shea was a soccer player:

August of course has come and gone in the blink of an eye.  We spent the first part of August visiting Nana and Papa at Fremont Lakes - Shea and Wes had fun!

Last Day of Fun before Preschool Started

 

First Day of Preschool 2014 - Shea and Wes go M-F 8:45-11:45.  Wes has Ms. Sarah and Shea has Ms. Darcy.  They also do Stretch and Grow from 11:50-12:20 on Wednesdays

 

 

 

 

Rob and I enjoyed a night out with Aunt Bill and Nancy and Jack and Tricia - We went to Alpine in where you can feed the raccoons - great night as always!

 

 

 

I canned salsa from our home grown tomatoes and peppers for the first time ever - it turned out great and we are looking forward to doing it again next year!

 

 

 

First Soccer Game of Fall 2014 - Rob was a little hesitant about having them play but they love it and Wes scored 5 goals in their first game and Shea 2 - Off to a great start and Rob is coaching - They are the Flamingos this year.
